Cogo has a strong project management capacity for managing both long-term and short-term projects which lies in our organizational structure and data management by use of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and all the project management tools.
The firm consists of qualified experienced land surveyors, valuation surveyors, sociologists, field technicians and their assistants. All personnel possess an excellent working knowledge of survey methods and procedures for all types of surveys. Each member of our team demonstrates a strong personal character and willingness to work within both urban and remote areas.
We also possess clear understanding of the requirements of donor agencies which lie in our thorough knowledge of the local setting as well as the development policies, processes and procedures of the major funding agencies such as World Bank, DFID, ADB, JICA, KfW, EU including the Government of Uganda.
The success of any consulting assignment primarily depends on the composition of the Consulting Team assembled to undertake the work, and the qualifications and ability of the individuals assigned to the project
